By accessing or using ZipInvoice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

ZipInvoice is operated by Siarhei Karneyeu, an individual based in Kraków, Poland.

2. Description of Service

ZipInvoice is a tool that allows Stripe users to export their invoices as PDF files in a convenient ZIP archive. The Service connects to your Stripe account using an API key you provide, retrieves your invoice data, and compiles it for download.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and valid Stripe API keys that you are authorized to use
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to access invoices or data that you do not have permission to access
  • Not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
  • Maintain the security of your own Stripe account credentials

4. API Key Usage

You understand and agree that:

  • You are responsible for the API keys you provide to the Service
  • You should use restricted API keys with minimal necessary permissions when possible
  • We recommend using read-only keys that can only access invoice data
  • You are responsible for any actions taken using your API keys

5. Payments and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

Our pricing is based on the number of invoices you wish to export. Prices are displayed before you complete your purchase and are charged in USD.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

5.3 Refund Policy

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from downloading your invoices, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for other circumstances. Contact support@zipinvoice.app for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by ZipInvoice and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR STRIPE ACCOUNT OR THE ACCURACY OF DATA PROVIDED BY STRIPE'S API.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZIPINVOICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with Stripe. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with Stripe, Inc. and are not responsible for Stripe's services or any changes they make to their platform.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kraków, Poland, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
